Nitrogen vacancy (NV) center fluorescent nanodiamond (FND) suspension in DMAC. NHS-terminated polyethylene glycol of length 4, 12, or 36 units covalently attached to the diamond surface. NV FNDs are available with 40 or 100 nanometer average diameter.

Applications:
Cymaris N-Hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) NV FND comprises an amine-reactive chemical group (N-Hydroxysuccinimide) covalently attached to a fluorescent label (Nitrogen Vacancy Fluorescent Nanodiamond, or NVFND) via a PEG linker. NHS is commonly used in biomolecular probes for labeling and crosslinking to the primary amines (R-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. Cymaris NHS NV FNDs provide the substrate for creating customized, fluorescently-labeled proteins, antibodies, and nucleic acids.
